Application Fields:
PowerManager Lite (USB) is a set of the system monitoring software
that is based on the dry contact uninterrupted power supply (UPS),
it connects with the computer by the USB interface mode.
Features:
It follows the Dry Contact testing communication terms, it also
adopts the USB interface mode;
It automatically detect the UPS's power-down and the low signal of
the battery;
It will automatically shut down the system and the UPS power supply
before the batteries of UPS are used up;
The users can choose to auto-save the application program most in
use or put the computer into the sleeping/off status before the
system shuts down. (it need the computers support this feature);
When the batteries voltage of UPS is low or the main power is
broken down it will safely shut down the computer;
The users can set up the countdown power-off time separately when
the voltage is low or the main power is off;
Before the shutting down the system can execute the user-defined
programs;
It can pop up the alarm messages box to inform the users or the
system administrators about the fault situations of the power
supply;
It can play the multimedia voices to inform the users or the system
administrators about the fault situations of the power supply;
It can send NT Messenger broadcast messages, the UPS's alert
messages are sent to the LAN of the each computer with the NT
Messenger broadcast service;
It can automatically be sent the E-mail warning messages to the
specified e-mail box. (can be sent to multi-receivers);
It can automatically send alarm messages by the Modem to the
specified pagers. (can be sent to multi-receivers);
It can automatically send alarm messages by the GSM Modem to the
specified mobile phones. (can be sent to multi-receivers);
It can automatically call the spec
