Powerstar PDS intelligent modular UPS power distribution system
mainly provides the safe, manageable, expandable and maintainable
power to the input and output of the UPS power supply, it is an
intelligent integration power distribution system. It consists of
the AC input power distribution, UPS input power distribution, UPS
output power distribution and other units in one, it also can
monitor, display and record the loop voltage, current, power
factor, active power, apparent power and electric calculation
parameters, The output shunt switch is the modular structure that
can expand the capacity or maintain on line to simplify the
equipment room power distribution system installation and testing,
and also can optimize the cable management of the power
distribution system of the equipment room. It provides the
reliability, safety and expansibility great integrated power
distribution solutions for the users. PDS's Intelligent AC power
distribution broad is major equipment in the solution, it can be
used as an individual product and also can work with Silcon modular
UPS system together. PDS intelligent modular UPS power distribution
system consists of the standard machine cabinet, mains double route
input auto-switch (ATS), K value of isolation transformer, shunt
output power distribution module and monitoring module. We can
flexibly select various different components to achieve the all
kinds of functions, in order to make the best power distribution
solution for the users.It can be widely used in finance,
communications, business, government and other data center room.
(1)System Monitoring
System Monitor is located in the top of the machine cabinet,
through the display and the operation panel the users can easily
understand the system's working status, parameters'inquiry and all
kinds of event information. After the system is installed the users
can finish the all operations for the system by the monitoring
operation panel.
System Monitoring completes the data collecting system by a
dual-core 16-bit processor. The monitor adopts the 128240 VDF
technology to display clearly, it has a 5-button operation menu
mode to do the simple and flexible operations.
System monitoring Offers RS232, RS422 and RS485 communication
interface, standard SNMP adapter which can monitor the system
remotely and the multi-path dry contact output.
System Monitoring is divided into three sections: status indicator
area, data information display area, keypad operating area. The
status indicator area provides the simple system status information
for the users by the different states of LED; the LCD data
information display area provides the detailed system status
information by the monitor of LCD. The system monitoring display:
system data (SYSTEM), module data (UPS MODULE), records of
historical events (EVENTS), function settings (SETUP) four friendly
operation interfaces. The keypad operating area is associated the
users' command orders with the system by the nine buttons, when the
users operate the keypad LCD displays the corresponding
information.
(2)Shunt Output Power Distribution Module
The shunt output power distribution module has the module status,
module voltage, module total current, shunt current, shunt active
power, shunt apparent power, shunt power factor and software
version display functions.
