Liquid Crystal Display 52 Program
Purposes:
Let the ordinary UPS to quickly have the LCD and intelligent RS232
communication interface.
Descriptions:
Through the A/D analog-to-digital conversion chip, it collects the
UPS relative data values for the main chip to complete the UPS's
status collecting and conversion, let the ordinary UPS add the LCD
display and intelligent RS232 communication interface function;
Providing the whole reference principle circuit drawing, it has the
reference PCB drawing and the detailed interface description
information;
Providing the testing and appraisal whole circuit broad sample and
the relative detail information;
After the completion of the hardware with the development,
supplying the process program chip.
Features:
LCD display and RS232 intelligent communication function two in one
chip, it can directly adjust the relative parameters and threshold
values that don't need to adjust the regulation resistance through
the host computer software;
With the external analog-to-digital conversion chip, it can
complete the data collections of each parameter of the UPS. Those
parameters include the input, output voltage, frequency, output
loads, battery voltage and UPS's temperature;
With the configured chip, it can complete the UPS's firm, model
number, version number, rated voltage, rated battery voltage, rated
frequency and rated current of the configuration functions;
It can complete the status collection of the UPS. (such as main
power down, low battery voltage, bypass and inverter fault etc);
The LCD can display each parameters and status of the UPS, the
users can check them on the menu of LCD screen by the key-press
page turning;
Through the RS232 communication interface, it can send the each
parameters and status of the UPS to the host computer software
which can monitor them;
It can receive the control orders of the host computer software to
control the UPS. (power-down and self-testing, etc.);
Low cost, mature performance, stable and reliable, good
anti-jamming.
